Partner Search Terms
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. McKean County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its receipt and use of the query.
Messages You Send
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share a message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Information Collected Automatically
Ordinary web systems may record technical and usage information when a page loads. That information can include:
- The visitor's Internet Protocol address.

- Device type and operating system.
- Pages viewed and time spent on them.
- The referring site, when supplied.

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted information, use the Contacts page to request its deletion.

- Ask for a copy of personal information held about them.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of eligible information.

Changes to This Notice
We may revise this Privacy Notice as site practices or legal requirements change. A revised notice takes effect when it is posted here with a new effective date.
